Senior Mechanical Engineer

Reference: SW218
Location: Libya

Minimum 10 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in the oil and gas industry.

·          Supervise and Monitor various construction activites carried out in oilfield locations.

·          Ensure safe and effective execution of construction works.

·          Gather technical data and prepare scope of work for incoming projects.

·          Possess sound knowledge of relevant Codes and Standards Relating to quality control and construction practices.

·          Follow up and monitor day-to-day Site activities including precise record keeping, paperwork and filing

·          Attend regular meetings with contractors.

 

Qualification Requirements:

Engineering Degree, MSc or BSc, Mechanical Engineering.

Basic, General knowledge of Civil and Electrical Engineering disciplines and construction practices.

Computer Literate, good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Able to communicate fluently in English, both oral and in writing.
